Key Offerings
All of our programming is experiential and involves horses and nature. We create original designs for each of our personal development and professional development workshops. Our equine-assisted coaching process focuses on identifying coaching objectives, building awareness and utilizing the energy and insight of the horses to make substantive progress.
Personal Development
We offer several workshops each year during the different seasons to help individuals identify their purpose and values, prepare for stressful times, build relationships and accomplish their objectives.
Professional Development
These workshops offer individuals, teams and organizations in a work setting the opportunity to come together as a team, address work-related issues and grow their leadership skills.
Individual Coaching
One-on-one and group coaching offer a more personal interaction with equine and human coaches to address a variety of issues and opportunities, both at work and in life in general.
