Deb Voyt

Deborah Voyt, Ph.D., is a certified Equine Guided Learning (EGL) facilitator and owns Maple Ridge Farm.  She is an executive coach, published author, speaker, university instructor, teacher, consultant, and entrepreneur. Deb has more than 30 years working in multinational organizations as a global leader in operations, organizational development, human resource management, and compensation. In addition to her broad-based industry background and global expertise in compensation, Deb coaches executives, leaders, professionals, and teams to higher levels of performance. Her clients include individual and organizational clients in Fortune 50 multinationals, mid-sized companies, and non-profits.

Deb was awarded her Ph.D. in 2011 from Capella University in Organization and Management with a focus on Organizational Culture and Total Rewards. She received her BA from the University of Michigan and MBA from the University of Detroit-Mercy.  Deb received her coaching certification from Coach University and served on the Board of Directors for the ICF Michigan chapter. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resource (SPHR) and has received her CCP, GRP, and CBP certifications. Deb recently completed the Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach Training program and is a certified TeachingHorse facilitator.
